Self-help and Contacts:
In our centre, women have the opportunity to meet other women, which allows them to extend their social networks.
Furthermore, one of our rooms can be used as a meeting place for self-help groups. If needed, we will offer support with organizing the group, group rules etc.

International breakfast:
Once a week, we meet for breakfast. This is an opportunity to talk and to meet new people.
Our shared language is German. Breakfast is free of charge.

Clothing bank:
Women with little income (e.g. AsylbLG, ALG II) can make use of the clothing bank in exchange for a small fee. In emergency situations (escalation of domestic violence, refugees) we try to provide the basics (clothing, school material), within our means.
Opening hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 2 pm – 4 pm
